- Identification: Microchip
- Rabies vaccination: performed after microchipping and in animals older than 12 weeks.
Pets are allowed but must be requested in advance directly with the hotel and are subject to availability (the hotel has a set limit on the number of pets allowed per night).
Dogs are only allowed in 2 houses in the woods, with a maximum limit of 2 rooms with dogs per night.
Dogs cannot be left alone in the room, except during breakfast, lunch, and dinner times.
In that case:
- Guests must have their meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) at the hotel so that they are available at any time.
- It is important that guests with pets provide their mobile phone number so they can be reached whenever necessary.
- The guest should arrange with reception the most appropriate time for housekeeping to access the room, avoiding times when the pet is alone in the room.
- When a guest leaves their pet alone in the room, they must leave the corresponding Pet Tag on the outside door of the room to prevent staff from entering the room during that time (including cleaning services). The tag must be returned to reception at check-out.
Guide dogs are allowed in all areas of the hotel.*
Pets are not allowed in the Gomariz Restaurant, Tower Bar, Wine Bar, and Breakfast Room where food may be displayed. Outdoors, including on terraces, they must always be accompanied by their owners and on a leash.
Feeding your pet with food collected from the hotel's common dining areas (bars, restaurant, breakfast area) is not permitted.
Leashes are mandatory in all areas of the hotel where dogs are allowed.
Any damage (personal or material) caused by the pet will be the responsibility of the owner, exempting the hotel from any legal or extrajudicial claims that may arise, and the replacement of the damaged item will be charged to the credit card provided at check-in.
The hotel reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning services whenever the animal soils carpets, furniture, or other areas, regardless of whether any material damage occurs. Any losses or damages caused will also be charged to the animal's owner.
The owner is responsible for picking up their dog's waste in all areas of the hotel. They must have appropriate bags for this purpose.
In case of noise or disturbance caused by the pet, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the stay of both the guest and the pet.
Pets should not use the bathroom or showers in the bedrooms.
The use of towels or sheets to clean the pet is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed in the spa or inside the outdoor pool.
*The rules regarding areas where pets are not allowed do not apply to guide dogs.
The reception staff is always available to answer your questions. Enjoy an even more special stay with your pet.
