Massage and Treatment: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Spa circuit: All accommodation bookings include access to the spa circuit: indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi and Turkish bath. Prior booking is required for the circuit.
Opening hours for children: Children up to 12 years old may use the Spa facilities (indoor pool), properly accompanied by an adult, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Reservations: Reservations must be made directly with the Spa Reception. They should be made as far in advance as possible to guarantee availability, especially when booking special programs.
Arrival: We recommend that our clients arrive 10 minutes before their treatment begins, in order to calmly and relaxedly enjoy the excellent conditions that the Spa has to offer. Please note that if you arrive late, it will not be possible to extend the scheduled treatment time, so as not to affect subsequent appointments.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance. After this period, the hotel may charge for the treatment in question.
Personal Valuables: Camellia Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. We advise our clients not to bring valuables.
Internal regulations: Guests must shower before entering the pool or spa circuit; wear conventional swimwear in the pool, including children; wear a swimming cap and flip-flops.
Recommendations: All users are requested to read the rules for using the spaces and equipment (Sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and swimming pool). They should use a low tone of voice while using the facilities, in order not to disturb the relaxation of other clients.
